Sealed quotations are invited from eligible registered Labour Contractors for supply of labours to maintain Institute works/security/scavenging services for the financial year 2007-08. The Institute will pay the Labour Contractor as per rates decided by the competent Govt. Authority. The Contractor is required to submit the bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) in favour of Director, NIT, Kurukshetra. The payment(s) to be made to the Contractor will be subject to deduction of tax(s) as per prevalent rules. Any quotation is liable to be rejected by the Director without assigning any reason whatsoever. The quotation should reach the undersigned latest by 27.4.2007 by 5.00 PM. The detailed terms and conditions can be had from the office of the Estate Officer free of cost on any working day or can be down loaded from the Institute web-site www.nitkkr.ac.in. Quotations after the last date will not be accepted.
