Mr. Raghav is an NRI and he has very good hospitality business in London. He wants to invest some of his money in India in some business. So after doing lot of research in Indian market, he had decided to open a CLUB in Noida.

Mr. Raghav is looking out for a good architect, and he approaches you for the design of his new CLUB.

Land Specifications:

· Rectangular land of dimensions 200*150m

· Location - Noida.

Essential requirements:

· The club has 2 storey's building.

· The club has swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court and library.

· Big Open area for party lawn and parking.

· The club should have appropriate size party function hall along with stage.

· The club has room for table tennis and snooker and indoor games.

· The club should have conference room for meetings.

· The club should have separate area for bar.

· The club should contain open as well as closed area for restaurant and cafeteria.

· Separate open area for children zone.

· The club should also have number of rooms of for guest accommodation.

· The club should contain at least two stair cases and manager office.

Judging Criteria:

· Proper use of land and orientation of the design.

· Proper decoration of garden, children zone and lawns.

· Approach, creativity and originality of the design solution.

· Use appropriate symbols of architecture for notation of things.

· Use proper scale.

· Dimensions used for various parts of club.
Participants can also take any valid assumption related to design but must be clearly stated and justified.

The participants are required to draw the PLAN (top view) of both the storey separately.

· No. of participants per team -2

· The PLAN should be drawn on a single ED sheet.

· Use only pencils to draw all plan (colors not allowed).

The participants are also required to come for the Question& Answer session during PHOENIX'10 as per schedule.
