Revering the unique attitude, innovation and courage, and to lay the foundation of yet another Ford, Google or Sony, PHOENIX'X brings to you EUREKA, intended to cultivate, sharpen your entrepreneurship skills and to bring out the hidden entrepreneur in you.

Rules:

 

1. Teams of upto three members are allowed.
2.Any innovative ideas used in the presentation will be given extra points.
3. A contestant can submit more than one business plan. He/she, however, will have to register separately for each plan that he/she or his/her team submits.
4.Contestants are advised to ensure that their idea has NOT been already implemented in any part of the world.

 

ROUND 1 - SUBMISSION OF EXECUTIVE SUMMARY An executive summary of not more than 2000 words to be submitted online on the id infra.nitkkr@gmail.com including:

a. The Idea and its USP
b. Analysis of the Market - competitors, competitive edges, target market, marketing strategy
c. Financial Details - break even analysis, capital cost
d. Infrastructure and workforce requirements
e. The Exit Plan
Format specifications: Times New Roman, Size 12, single line spacing
1.The entries must be in *.doc format
2. Last date for submission of executive summaries is April 21,2010 by 2359 hrs.

 

ROUND 2 - PRESENTATION OF B- PLAN
1.The presentation should be in power point in *.ppt format.
2.Each team will be given 10 minutes to present their plan followed by a 2 minute interaction with judges and the audience.
3.Teams are also required to prepare a detailed report.
4.Teams may be penalized for exceeding presentation limit.
5.Presentation and Report must include above mentioned points
6.Please note that the decision of the judges and the organizers will be final and binding. Your B - Plan should represent your original work, plagiarism is highly discouraged.
7.Your report should be written in your own words.
